Successful communication is truly the key to an easier life! It makes for happier relationships, more successful businesses, and a greater sense of connectedness and meaning in our lives.
At Clear Mesage we take a very broad approach to communication skills, from media interviews and presentations through to team building and emotional intelligence.
It is our firm belief that to be a truly successful communicator we must be aware of our emotions as they play a vital part in how our 'communication' is received by others!
If we're not aware of what's really going on in our minds - what's driving our reactions - then we can easily be blindsided. Conversely, when we are open and emotionally aware, our communication can heal the worst of fights, or the most challenging of situations.
If we want to explore the deeper levels of our communication, we need to look deeper into our mind than just the surface level. This top 4% or so - what we call our conscious mind - is just the tip of the iceberg.
Below the conscious mind is a vast wonderland of thoughts and beliefs, each of which is having an impact on our daily life and our communication. The fact that we are largely unaware of the power of the subconscious & unconscious mind does not in any way lessen its power to affect our lives!
Increasing our awareness of the hidden dynamics of this deeper mind is the single biggest gift we can give ourselves. It will immediately begin to improve the quality our communication. As we become more emotionally aware in our communication we experience greater happiness of our life and in our relationships.
